Yea, that makes sense, someone like the former partner in the creation of the technology is going to wait until the stock double bottoms and then dump all his holdings.

No need to wait until they show a profit. Instead, they got around a table, all agreed to not convert their preferred shares for a period of time and then put major restrictions on the % they could convert. All for the purpose to sell everything as soon as the S-1 was processed at the stocks lowest prices.

Makes perfect sense. I am glad they are technical geniuses, because they must be complete idiots when it comes to owning stock. OR, maybe they have no intention of selling. Hmmm.

Now Do Sharp's warrants. Maybe he will buy those warrants out of the money only to sell at a much cheaper price to stick HMBL. He accounts for about a third of the S-1 offering. Sapi about a third too. He will likely convert his warrants to stick HMBL too. It is going to be bloody, right. Every insider out to get HMBL, I am surprised they made it this long.
