Jim, perhaps you can shed some light on Passalaqua's current role in NDTP?

He signed the filing yesterday as:

April 28, 2022

Sounds like he is everything at NDTP currently, including perhaps lawn maintenance around the building. Also, the new address is in Liverpool, NY and Passalaqua lives in Liverpool.

And as of 12/31/21 it listed him as director and sole officer.

He may very well be an impressive guy, and lord knows he cleans up a shell like a champ, but will he be running things going forward? Is David Ambrose still being considered as CEO?
