The current snapshot of the playing field is grim, and the stock price is reflecting it.

US eroding, no meaningful wins on the legal front, Europe is precarious (at least optically, with the UK initial decision and others), and general silence from management.

With the breakdown below $3, there's every reason for hot money to run for the hills.
