Not high!!!! I realize that the prior Texas shell company was what they say in Texas " ALL HAT AND NO CATTLE " but these buyers of the shell are smart guys and will have " THE HAT AND THE CATTLE ".
Believe me , I am impatient to say the least but if I have to wait a little longer to get a 6X or 10X on my investment, I will wait. Now, I do not want to wait yrs. but by this summer , I expect ACTION. After doing DD on the Pulaski Township, Mich. farm , I think that we are closer than we even know. Permits, land variances and building permits take time.
My dad was a township supervisor in Western Pa. for 20 yrs. and I know the politics of a small community.
You have people who are progressive thinkers and then those who still think that the earth is flat.
