Bloomberg reported yesterday that Biden is ready for Ukraine neutrality, which was the demand of Russia. USA showed we will not allow Russia to March in Europe easily.
Market is jittery because of Russian Nuclear threat. Putin is crazy he could do it if he feel he is pushed against the wall. Once this debacle is over a very strong rally will come in all markets, We might see KOLD above 20 again.
