You might want to take a math refresher course. There is over 2 billion in the OS. How did you get 4 million increase?
Looks to me that in 16 months it has increased by over 677 million shares.

From Dec 31 2020 the OS is 1,564,089,724
Now the OS is 2,241,662,827
2,241,662,827 - 1564089724 = 677573103
