Muln to $.87 and Cenn to $1.21
Both these levels were both stock took off and rallied hard!, then crashed back, well that is how almost most OTCs, Penny stocks beeing screwed up systematically.

It is possible because of criminals manipulating it, they are bent on fkn up Muln and Cenn from breaking out, so the worst might happen, Muln might be heading to the level where it began the rally, that is around .87 and Cenn around 1.21!?.
