Here's what I would tell you. With regard to the osc that will take 2 or 3 years, and longer if it ever got to an appeal. So a new born baby would be in pre-k by then. And I don't believe any great consequence will come out of it for mr. Sanders.

With regard to a lawsuit going forward on Terry Wilshire and the shell the courts haven't even approved a motion for lead plaintiff or any specific lawfirn to proceed at this point, when one is only then do they move on certification of a class if it gets that far then setting trial date (more time) and then a trial, Again 2 to 3 more years from here as they have stated that they will defend against any suit vigorously.

As for the 10Q i don't believe you will see one there is no point pursuing the otc listing i believe its off the table. In my opinion it is a waste of time any money i wouldn't file anything there are more ways to skin that cat. There's enough known to see operational direction going forward and they must establish a beachhead go big or go home There's going to be some good stretches of quiet time on this board now, unless the company gives any operational updates. But summer weather is coming and all indicators point towards the end of the year before the company operations are rolling out and a public plan is established, whatever that may be. You'll have to do your own speculating like i said there's enough industry information to see where the company is focused operationally and everything is contingent on operations. Whether you're an insider or an outsider we're all in the same boat now as shareholders the deal plays no favorites now. Business is the companies focus and we'll see that continue to play out. I trust that.
