You were not there. The judge was of the same mind as Brauerman about Rader not being there nor telling her he wasn't coming. That letter was just the written version of his comments in the courtroom the judge requested. What the judge and Chanbond are saying is that Rader wasted everyone's time by calling for a hearing and then not showing up or telling anyone he wasn't coming. I can tell you from being there that it looks like Rader is going to be sanctioned and he is going to pay for all the lawyers that took time to be there. Rader's letter comes next to explain his side. It better be good, that judge is pissed. It looks like he violated some pretty serious legal decorum issues, which seems to be why Chanbond and judge are on the same side on this. It is not because Brauerman hates our guts. He described some pretty rude behavior from Rader, which will not help him with this judge.
