I would pay a king's ransom to be or have been in a meeting (fly on the wall) between the BCSC and Barrick behind closed doors in very dim lighting as the required strategy to cave the STORY was being planned.
Ossa is but a bit player in all of this.
How many meetings of this kind were there and are there recordings?

Being a governmental agency the BCSC may have to divulge these recordings in the rights to information act???
