Just MM’s shorting grab some cheapies while they last.

No, someone dumped a block of shares at .0007, that's all. Price has been slowly skidding for weeks. Even saw the magical .0006 for half a minute, the 'price that will never be seen here again', until, of course, it is.

Some folks may not be willing to wait any longer for the 'year of BIEL' to materialize. Perhaps the worsening cash flow situation is triggering some selling. It's right there in the YE financial report - two loans with exorbitant interest rates, yet virtually no cash on hand left at the close of 2021. Despite lower operating losses, cash flow has deteriorated. Never a good thing.
