That is very odd:

A total of 28 million non-convertible, preferred shares were issued at the par value of $0.10 per share with each share having 100 voting rights and equal participation with common shares for all future dividends.

As you say, as far as anyone knows, no class of preferred stock exists, unless it was designated so recently it hasn't yet been posted at the NVSOS.

AABB's most recent disclosure is its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2021. It says specifically that there's no preferred stock.

Months have passed since then. But if the company wants to issue preferred stock, it needs to designate an appropriate class in Nevada.
