For wise people,
my manager phoned me, asked me if I was going to place a COOP buy at $33.
I don't know what to say, I don't have the slightest confidence in the CEO and board of the COOP, they are always lining their own pockets.
I replied that I still have to think about it.
Ron , LG, Bob, what do you think about this?
Is it worth an investment of approx. $100,000-300,000.00?
at $33 is lower than the $3.50 price that I sold prime of 1/12 years ago.
I'm used to keeping a product for at least 12 to 24 months.
Perhaps it is wise to keep the safe still closed, given the real estate bubble that is taking shape on the horizon.
