You do it, then I say, “Good job. I’ll give you some food next month” have you been fed?
It’s the same thing you saying that a promise of allowing someone in A YEAR to buy stock that has been authorized already somehow dilutes the stock by there suddenly being more in circulation.
I’ll agree that authorizing more stock does dilute, but that was voted on by the shareholders. And I’ll also say that I wouldn’t be working in a foreign country if I wasn’t getting paid for it. A large part of their pay is being delayed and is also up in the air as to whether it will be worth anything when they finally get it.
