Isn't it True Under Chinese Law Foreign Co.'s Nor Foreign Citizens are Permitted to Own Land without a Chinese Born Citizen in who's name the land is registered? If so wouldn't that include Plantations? Although I'm not 100% certain of changes in the laws or waivers. I believe it's similar to Mexico which land/ has to be registered in the name of a Mexican Citizen (although I think there are certain areas that permit Condo to be owned by foreigners). .
