$BRSE will only move on an update , and I am still adding below .11, sometimes I get lucky.

But again share structure has not increased once after the reverse split , so no shareholders where diluted , and has run several times since , plenty of chances for folks to get out.

So anyone saying anything different does not have an understanding of the OTC or share structure.
