LOL! Being on the "cusp" is not too bad, but I'd prefer the "pinnacle" of understanding. Please note (below) that acquisition by big pharma is an option I mentioned.

On the other hand, if AUPH choses to go it alone, it will be slower, but it seems to me that the actual benefit derived from the drug will be able to "sell" it. After all, we're not taking about sneakers or breakfast cereal. It's a therapeutic agent that responsible physicians are obligated to use if it's the most effective one available.
