So, is the incentive to keep the financial/medical system as it is stronger than the alternative unknowns?

IMO, somewhere there is a spreadsheet that summarizes the (systemic) money controlled-earned by keeping the CNS "Healthcare" system as it is for as long as possible vs the projected benefits from AVXL treatments.

So,, AVXL sp going to come down to the systemic RISK of going w/ AVXL vs. the RISK of keeping things just the way they are. IMO, we will probably know when the inflection point is reached ...but NOT UNTIL long after some balance point has already passed...and there is not a thing most of us can do about that....IMO.

IMO, as it stands now, the (money+ power ) of systemic risks for doing nothing to accelerate AVXL remain in control, we will know when that shifts.
