Decision time on XIN this week. They should file 2021 in the next few days.

On the one hand, margins are thin and they will probably book another loss. The lockdowns in China don't help either.

On the other hand, they have to trade above $1 by the end of the month (or next month is the last chance). And I think they might announce a 0.05 or 0.10 dividend to save the pps, and the NYSE listing.

I think I will buy a few shares and take the gamble. I will probably break-even if we don't get the dividend.
