Jphnnie so far as starting phase 3 and submitting eua you have been spot on. I am as long as you can get into this company but it seems like from day 1 of approval by fda to start phase 3 there has always been something else to do before things can be filed, started or submitted.

So now tom is incorporating COPD inro our covid phase 3 paperwork which is fine but this should have be done long time back if the were going to do so. This company seems to wait to last minute to do everything. Evidently this must of been an after thought back in mid december when they thought they would start enrollment in early january. This is why a one man show is not a great deal. I know they have whats called the great advisory board and you would of thought they would have suggest that long time back. Evidently if they did suggest back early they were over ruled by the boss.

So whatever problem is we cant do anything about it. But I really think its in the funding that supposley we had back in january didnt happen and i am not so sure we even have it now.

Time will only tell... when Tom finishes copd paperwork and we dont start phase 3 then we will know funding is problem. I do imagine this paperwork will be stretched out.
