This is really the key to understanding true valuation. DC sentinels are the ones responsible for recognizing and sustaining a proper immune response but the the immunosuppressive environment causes many to move off site too soon which allows checkpoints in. NWBO knows now how to very specifically maintain tumor environment inflammatory signaling so that checkpoint inhibitors are not needed in some to all cases and THAT is the big threat. As flipper44 and I believe, and this thread alludes to, big pharma interests do not align well in the immediate future with what NWBO has proven. Think Kat’s Cure without checkpoint inhibitors. So the question is do you work with a big pharma to move this farther and faster in many indications and diseases or go it alone letting others catch up and not getting this to as many patients as quickly.
