Cant' C/P from the JV agreement so read 7. default.
Last 2 lines of 7.1 where XERI gets the Pro-Rata Shares
Read 6. last sentence about a Liquidity Event as defined in 2.2 which happens to be the redacted part.
Read 9.2.1 where it says everything will go back to XTI.

So we don't know for sure what is in the redacted part that the question.
Seems to me that's what it is saying. XERI could be left with nothing. BTW we went over this before. This is my opinion of how this reads with the unknown factor yet to be revealed.
