As it sits right now Ossa is the only one that is going to jail. I think Ossa has realized that he is in trouble for lying for the BCSC and Claro and is now telling the truth. At this point he needs to come clean and hope for a reduced sentence. So now all of the fabricated evidence that the BCSC had on MSX has been destroyed. At this point the reason the BCSC halted MSX has just evaporated. The halt is now illegal and fabricated. Time will tell
