I didn’t answer your other question. I actually do not expect this to get dismissed. I do not think it will get that far. I believe the plaintiffs will settle for pennies and the only reason Ibatf will pay them anything is because they want them to sign off on the latest patent approval that has their names on it.

The $ amount involved in this claim even in a bad scenario for ibatf are nothing but a blip.
