There is significant doubt about to what degree and under what circumstances (dose, timing etc) the tech “works.” That and a related plan to profit (timing, cash need) leave us sub-$1.

It’s no faith filled, rabbit hole in my mind however. It’s the nature of venture capital. That’s what you’re in. You take risk based on theory, on data, on a team, etc. If you want to wait for positive results and FDA approval or whatever, then more power to you. You can’t escape the relationship of risk return. Maybe the argument that the return is not worth the risk is solid and waiting offers a better risk return profile. Sure, maybe. I don’t think so as a whole (over a portfolio) but I could see the argument. Everyone has their own tolerance and strategy. And I’m a big believer in taking responsibility for your decisions. I do with this. No one forced me to buy and or to hold and there is no grand scheme to deceive and bilk me. I invested. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s painful right now. We shall see how it goes.
