Flipper, I totally agree with your prior point about expectations and stock price. If the company didn’t want us to anticipate news at each major conference, they shouldn’t have set expectations for news pending on Sept 12, 2020 or on the Big Bar Show.

no matter what expectations are for April 27, NWBO PPS will likely, logically, take a PPS hit thereafter if there is no title and NWBO did nothing prior to that date to give investors some public perspective on the Journal/TLD situation.

Regarding the theater, however, you can’t read anything into the speaker being Marnix vs LL. 2022 ASCO Policy no longer allows outside scientist/physician speakers in theaters. They must be company employees.

5. Theater presentations should feature one or more key internal scientific staff of the Theater Participant, no
outside or third-party scientists or speakers, i.e. no Key Opinion Leaders. Theater presenters must be employees of the Theater Participant.

I think the rationale for this is to make it clear to everyone, an Industry Theater is promotion.
