treden :Very interesting letter as I reread it for the third time. I wonder if Dr. Misslings absence at the last Needham conference and Dr. Kaufmans presentation in May at the next conference are indications of a trend? A trend where Dr. Missling is so busy with new management obligations like organizing/preparation for pre marketing and distribution of our drug should an NDA be submitted and approved for adult Rett Syndrome.

If I were Dr. Missling I would stay absolutely quiet, not a peep until a major announcement is worthy! At the ASM share that we are working very hard with getting to market and leave it at that. We have had enough pouring over of the data and MOA, what we need now is financial news, NDA submitting news, TLD for Alzheimer’s, etc.

Time to deliver DM, its time to deliver!

I do agree w/your read of the " posted "policy" doc sent earlier. It reads like a policy comment/statement, so I'll call it that even though it may not be officially labeled as such.

Additionally, if you spend time studying the job descriptions you will agree the jobs are massive and carefully-thoughtfully written. These are not your everyday job posting from a low level agency. These are big league hard ball jobs.

I am very familiar with one function in particular (the Quality Systems leader). They describe /require a very high level job w/WW responsibilities . Much of what is written assumes international scope w/deep regulatory and operational detail knowledge and responsibility. Whoever wrote it has an excellent understanding of what has to happen. This is all real , so far these documents indicate the AVXL management team is planning to manage bigtime issues WW.

Welcome to the BIGS. IMO.
