Who says they are failing? Because they are not. There are a ton of reasons to do a conversion from the one off shops. One is running the business itself. Its a lot of work, it takes a lot of time and energy. Often the folks starting out are doing the dream of running their own cafe and over time its doing well but they are spending more time running times than playing games. They wanted a change, they are young and have their own lives to live and scaling up a game board cafe wasn't the vision.
