on 3/21 they expected on 3/31 to be able to release 'preliminary unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021'

They thought they could pull them together in 10 days.

It's now been 30 days.

So not only did they require the delay in the first place, but they grossly misunderstood the magnitude of the issue. Clown City.
