Hi All.
l did some research:
On bright, sunny days, solar panels are 100% effect. But they must be kept fairly clean as dust/dirt on the surface make them less effect.
On a cloudy day they are 25% to 10% effective, depending on cloud thickness.
On a rainy day they are 0% effective, but the rain does help clean the panels.
Guess what percent of power they produce on the night of a full moon?
Zero! They're solar panels. (Solar = the Sun) No Sun. No worky.

Wind Generators:
They are awesome looking! I saw one up close on the ground - huge!
Q: At what speed do they turn on? A= 6 to 9 MPH of wind.
At 30-40 MPH they are producing at near max. (There is a regulator to monitor max.)
Q: What happens at 55 MPH? A= The blades turn straight into the wind to reduce the spin, and they turn OFF. Many brake and stop.
Speeds above 55 will destroy that expensive power generator. And they are propellers. If blades are adjusted to catch the wind, and it's really blowing, those near Desert Hot Springs in California, would take-off toward Palm Springs!

So, someone please inform Mr. Biden if we don't want to go back to living in the 1880s, we need Petroleum products. Remember in the 1880 the wale was becoming extinct as their blubber was the main source of oil for lanterns. And horse dung was the environmental hazard back then. (Now days it bull dung we have to deal with. I don't know how those living in Washington DC can get around. It's so deep there.)
