It amazes me the filings haven't been completed yet.

Given they posted updated accounting with the last filing, I had assumed the amended filings would be done quickly and the review of accounting process and controls would happen at the same time and continue through to completion ...... but I guess the review of oversight and controls probably includes looking for any other deficiencies that might require changes before filing the amendments.

This is something that surely could have been avoided and wondering who is to blame on this and how long it is going to take cause there are other dominos that could be problematic that ZIVO doesn't need either. Obviously came to be under former CEO and former CFO.

ZIVO doesn't need this right now. And needs to get some information out to investors.

IMO, the string has run out for me on hearing from Payne. Don't really give 2 squats about the fins and what bucket is proper to account for these codevelopment agreements cause it is all accounting BS ...... Payne needs to give the markets an update. PERIOD. Its been 3 full months under Payne ..... and literally 9 months to hear from the company at all.
