So, for an argument sakes, they, Com pany, change the management, they hire someone, who says he/she gives a chit ( with credentials, of course ), he/she does, what you "think" is right, may be, waits for the stock price to go up to level set by him/her ( for own reasons, of course ), dumps all the shares he/she was issued ( Company does NOT have cash to pay him/her ), hides the proceeds ( they all doing it...) and then c'est la vie, see you, when i see you ( may be a R/S before that, which will leave you in even more of the hole ), will you be a MOR HAPPY INVESTOR THEN???????
