In December 2021, the Company completed 51% ownership interest in Abahome Corporation
for the office loan assumption of $371,244. The Abahome Corporation was owned by Doo Ho
Park, 25% shareholder of the Company and had contributed $371,244 to Abahome Corporation
for the business operation. The Company assumed the office loan from Doo Ho Park and
received 51% ownership interest. We will consolidate Abahome in our financial statements.
