What would be a plausible scenario for consolidating all the convertible debt / derivative liabilities under one wholly owned subsidiary?

And to catch the treatment or conversion of derivative liability into paid in capitol.

You gentlemen maybe on the preface of pulling back the curtain on the hashtag comment. #Equitypartner.

Would it be possible for a third party to come in behind this former accounting train wreck and purchase all, or as much of the convertible debt in the open market as possible for a premium ?
