I'd guess that they are working to get all the records and stuff from Gm so they can keep the shell Current before doing any of that but who knows really MW wants her money but if the shell dies she wont get a penny I also believe even if she gets paid via some of Alex's shares she's still an insider and will be limited on how much she can sell at a time... its in her best interests I'd think to make CUBV great...
