Yeah - this happened the same time post data lock when the price was skyrocketing. He made this same exact statement on Twitter on November 8th, 2020:

Hey Michael - Are you aware $NWBO has no rights to combination of dendritic cell vaccine + anti-PD1 antibody? UCLA owns those rights to combination therapy. All $NWBO has is current Ph3 monotherapy study in GBM. Sorry, dude. pic.twitter.com/FAobJUOedS

We were trading at roughly $1.40 at that point in time after a big run to 2.50 a couple weeks earlier.

Point of the matter is... this is an old unsuccessful trick in an effort to impact the share price. Hoping that Cofer & NWBO go after him after this is all said and done.
