Of course he is capable. He is not new to pinksheet games. If the story is not going to benefit the ones telling the story then it will not get back to trading status. Either way if there is a pump it will most likely be based at least 99% in BS like every other pinksheet empty promise pump. Maybe look at his track record and see how many companies this guy has turned into legitimate long term money making businesses.

That being said I didn't need to say any of it. Buy any pinksheet at the lowest possible price and wait for the next conman/woman or group of conmen/women to come and raise the shareprice by telling BS stories and cash out before the inevitable dump. This is pinkyland, not the real world of investing.
