I think the SEC may be waiting for him to transfer shares after I reported the POS.

They know everything and I sent them all of the documents that I have and that he made it public that he had been working on trailers for 2 years as TYTN CEO. So any trailers are already ours by his own admittance.

If he transfers just 1 share, he's screwed if anything was billed to TYTN

I don't know why he just doesn't sell the ticker to somebody who doesn't live in a courthouse like himself. With a new bill of health and small structure, he could retire.
