Accept donation of digital wallet technical infrastructure for the County of Santa Cruz from HUMBL, direct the County Administrative Officer to establish a pilot digital wallet program for the County of Santa Cruz, which will initially include the
infrastructure for a digital County wallet, and subsequently may be expanded to serve the needs of the community as the County sees fit, and report back to the Board no later than August 9, 2022, on progress of the pilot program, as recommended by Supervisor Friend
