Darron , this makes sense to me.

Idiots keep saying that burning jet fuel can't melt steel, so it must have been explosions.

Burning jet fuel can weaken steel , causing the support beams to sag and the columns to bend. The entire structures were bolted together. I think these bolted connections failed and the enormous weight, from the above floors caused the pancaking collapse.

Not as much fun as "thermite" , but more realistic, IMO
