Thankfully the annual has been posted. No changes in share structure as expected; and, looks like a half a million in net income, from a settlement.
I believe we need to see an Attorney Letter posted in the next couple of weeks.
Overall, we are looking good IMO; and, I'll be looking to add as funds become available. I know holders and potential newbies are looking for a reverse merger and liquidity to buy here; but, I'd rather add to my position, while still quiet, and IMO, ridiculously low share price, based on share structure and potential.
