The fact Larry Sands is still connected to this company is also not good. He contributed to the sinking of ICLD and SGSI. High Wire still references Larry's office address as their principle address. Lots of shares being issued to SCS which is a Larry company. Paying lots of money to a virtual office.
Still LOTS of convertible debt on the books.
CEO gave himself a nice stock bonus of $729k. For what? Company suffered a greater net loss than previous year. SMH.
