A lot of times on mergering companies use agents that specialize in mergers, these agents create temporary acquisition/merger companies, that are subsidiaries, they acquire the merging company, with the merging company becoming the lone survivor, then the ticker changes to it.

The old Delaware registered agent on the Delaware SOS website was not at that address, so maybe things are starting to change
