No one is hiding anything.

IBAT used to do the filings for NAL. Not anymore. That tells me they (IBAT) stepped away from the deal after lawsuit was filed and started to use old John Burba sorbent patent.

My opinion it gets thrown out of court.

But I do not have a law degree so do not take my word on it. I do know IBAT is not using the sorbent. Tells me no case. Patent not needed.

If THEIR IS ONE THING I AM SURE ABOUT IS I AM USUALLY WRONG
