She has inserted herself into the CBV case, she is the one who responded to the shareholder attempt to intervene in the case, she created the amendment that is at the crux of the CBV case. It could be argued that Ice has as big a position here as she does, as his excess shares over hers is worth at least her $5 million. Yet he is fighting a tenuous connection to a rule to intervene that she doesnt have to do. There is more we dont know I suspect will come out. What are the "Leane Defendants" if she is a simple bystander waiting for her $5 mil, interest and share payout? None if this makes much sense if she is not driving the bus. JMO.
