Only 1000 shares? I agree it is a very weird purchase, kind of an absurd buy for someone of his wealth status

however what if these 1000 shares are a monthly purchase in a programmed / scheduled stock buy for a period of 1 year.

In this case the total amount spent would more reasonable and also the SEC would allow for this sort of activity, even if LWLG makes any announcement of any kind

Let's wait til next month
