SORRY, NOPE! Maybe this is just me, lol, but I don't think quoting newly revealed information, revealed for the first time today, about existing preferred class terms and conditions, is "old news." IT SHOULD BE OLD NEWS, but your slime management didn't think shareholders were worthy of such information, until coincidently, I happened to get involved.

The fact that SOME of the preferreds were issued long ago, isn't the point, especially when more are being issued RECENTLY. And, OTHER classes are also revealed for the first time too today! I brought up several times in the past about the lack of transparency in this matter, and yet no one cared or could find any disclosed information! (not surprising given the pinks)

Old news? Not a chance!
