And you see 2 people who breached contract winning a case that is worst case settled.

You don't find it odd with their timing in April 2021 with the company development?

They just want money. Case will be dismissed. Good luck on entry though. You'll have plenty of opportunities, the company is still pre-revenue.

This is business as usual, why wouldn't they file suit if they were fired and the company is succeeding.
