I wouldn't just go after the company, I would go after them personally and figure out a way to pierce the corporate veil. I am sure it would not be too difficult at this juncture having zero communication from the fiduciaries and lack of filings. Also, because of their lack of communication can make a claim against business judgement rule which would is very uncommon but may be plausible under these specific circumstances. Secondly some have professional licenses, will go after those too, especially any legal licenses anyone may have. There are plenty of avenues to take to get our money back. I have no problem sending them to the poor house if our inclinations are correct that they have no intent on doing anything except make MW whole.
