hahaha all this ticker DOES is dilute shares to pad the pockets of the "executives" that run it. As soon as it went pink current last year they started diluting millions of shares immediately. And now the SS hasn't been updated since 4/8 on OTC markets right before this little pop began with over a billion shares traded in the last week. But ok I'll take your word for it, probably wasn't dilution just normal trading among retail traders because of an address change.
